E-Commerce and the Nigerian Consumer

The E-commerce industry, the world over, is on the increase with millions opting for the patronage of online stores, Nigeria inclusive. What does E-commerce entail and how has this fared in Nigeria? What needs to be done for E-commerce to be improved upon in Nigeria to broaden its appeal? These and more will be answered on the Guest Interview segment with the topic, “Analysing Nigeria’s E-commerce Boom” on Tech Trends on Channels Television this coming Monday. The guest to shed light on this is Raphael Afeador, the Co-founder & CEO of Supermart.ng. Before that, he was the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Jumia.

The Tech Tip segment will focus on tips on what you should do before and after your website gets hacked.

The Gadget review segment will focus on review and Unboxing of The Microsoft 1850 Wireless Mouse which is a lightweight, budget-friendly peripherals that will get the job done and lots more.

The Mobile App of The Week segment will feature VLC media player which is a portable, free, cross-platform media player and streaming media server written by the VideoLAN project, and an open source community made up of volunteers and other information you need to have about it.

On the Tech Clinic segment, answers will be given to questions on which device to go for in replacement of your old computer, whether a tablet, phablet, etc., and why. Answers will also be given as to how often you should upgrade your website.

You will also be served with interesting tech news as usual on the News segment.
