In a move aimed at creating awareness about e-banking products and services, one of the leading financial institutions, Fidelity Bank Plc just flagged off a Digital Banking Awareness Campaign Week.

The Digital Banking Awareness Campaign Week tagged “Go Digital” will sensitize customers about Fidelity Bank’s e-banking financial services.

Speaking at the opening ceremony at the Corporate Head Office in Lagos, Ken Opara, Regional Bank Head, said the campaign is aimed primarily at sensitising customers on the benefits of using the Bank’s e-products.

He said Fidelity Bank is aware and in the forefront of ensuring that customers leverage digital technologies, and also providing greater convenient banking solutions for customers.

“The Bank has continued to invest significant resources on technology thus enabling it to digitise and offer easy to use e-banking products and services” he said.

It could be recalled that Fidelity Bank recently upgraded its online banking platform and that would also be a point of awarenes to the bank as the campaign runs through the week.

According to Opara, the new look, more advanced and user-friendly online banking platform comes with additional functionalities, making financial service activities easier and faster for an unmatched customer experience.”

Also, Fidelity Bank recently introduced a personalized self-service feedback system on its flagship Instant Banking Service *770#.

“There was a need to enlighten the Bank’s customers on some of its latest offerings,” he added.
