List of 8 Startups selected to Pitch at Nigerian Economic Summit

The Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESGroup), is a group of passionate and concerned private sector leaders representing critical economic sector in Nigeria.

The group brings together both public and private senior sector officials to discuss and dialogue on the future of Nigerian Economy.

Since 1993 the summit has been enabling an environment conducive to good governance, responsible private investments and sustainable economics growth in Nigeria.

These years’ NESGroup will mark its 23rd summit in Nigeria with the theme ‘Opportunity, Productivity and Empowerment: Actualizing the Economic Recovery and Growth Plan’.

The agenda is like no other compared to the previous summit. Talks about maximizing opportunities in Nigeria Economy, Empowerment of youths through government programs and entrepreneurial activities, and also encouraging productivity in the nation.

The most peculiar thing about #NES23 is that it will be hosting startup pitch event, where businesses will pitch their idea to panelist for an opportunity to secure funds from venture capitalist and Investors.

Edusko: An edutech startup that connects middle and high income earning families with excellent and affordable private schools in Nigeria.

Academix: An Africa focused digital library with over 100,000 Africa concentrated content for students, researchers, universities, governments, and businesses

Ojoro Kitchen: Fight against poverty by creating innovative food condiments that promote sustainability.

L$L Foods: A food processing and packaging company that source agricultural produce for local farmers and transform them to quality snack for the Nigerian market.
