  1. I wish techsmart.ng gives away a drone one day. It’s a device I hold in very high esteem . it will be very useful

    • Hahahaha, Shalom, everyone wanted a BB phone when it came out, some did odd things just to get at it, bit with time BB phones is now another of those phones, so it is with the drones, it will become a normal device soon,

  2. good and educative posts and topics on techsmarts, but i have seen that when it comes to giveaways, we see a lot of entries, at times up to more than a thousand (Dstv xplorer), but actual page likes is just averaging about 273, how odd,

  3. This is gonna be the year of wearables and drones, I’m sure of that. And, i’ll looking forward to reading some more expository articles from here + some podcasts too.
And, Shalom Idagu, you mentioned that techsmart.ng should give out drones. Well, you just accentuate my fear for drones falling into wrong hands, taking about armed robbers, terrorists, and the likes. Especially, knowing that drones can actually be installed with series of gadgets and weapons! I wish they wouldn’t commercialize drones. But that’s too late now. May God help us. Drone war is imminent. I’m not a pessimist. Don’t take my word for it. But, I don’t think we’re gonna be happy with who ever invented drones in the long run.

    • Lol… Drone war is already happening at a more advanced level in many war zones of today.

It is too late as drones are now everywhere – what we need to push for now is proper monitoring and regulation because people will use for negative reasons for sure

      • I don’t see how regulation can help the situation. The same didn’t help arms and ammunition proliferation. It’s just so sad we are making the future look so uncertain for the upcoming generations, in the name of INVENTIONS. Drones should have been an exclusive possession of Army, Navy, and the likes, and not some kind of toy to be sold in supermarkets all over. God!

    • It well has its disadvantages and as it was first created to be used as warfare but on a long run drones have been used to make ground breaking research and to save people’s lives. It’s also used to take aerial photos an undertake topographic surveys

      • Good point but its important to regulate its usage because it can be used for very negative things as well as positive. For now let’s all enjoy 🙂
